What is the fee structure of PermAssist?
The fee structure is simple, we charge a fix amount of fee plus GST per application. Some of our clients pass the cost to their clients so in effect PermAssist can potentially be a zero cost to your business.

Is there ongoing technical support?
Yes we provide prompt tech support free-of-charge. We guarantee a response time of less than 24 hours from our technical team in Melbourne. This service covers all technical enquiries and problems.
What are the IT benefits of PermAssist?
You do not need a server therefore, it eliminates the associated hassles and costs of maintaining that server. Your data is hosted on our server through the cloud and our server is backed up in 3 different locations for security purposes. There are no IT costs charged to our clients.
What is the impact of Legislation changes on PermAssist?
We have met with the VBA and they have assured us they will notify us in advance of changes to the legislation that affect the permit application process. We will be given time to adapt our system to cater for these changes prior to the legislation going live. There is no cost to our clients when these changes are made and the process is seamless.
Will there be new features to PermAssist?
Yes it is our intention to continuously improve PermAssist. We have done this over the last 3 years since we launched PermAssist. We encourage all our clients to provide us with feedback as to how we can improve the system and will notify you as each update is implemented. There is no cost associated with these updates.
Can the system be modified to suit a particular need of your business?
Yes, we can tailor the system if your business has unique requirements. These will be scoped and quoted upon request.

We handle this for you if you become a client of PermAssist. There is no cost associated with this service.

PermAssist and its data is hosted and stored in Sydney with back ups in two different physical devices and locations.

Yes, PermAssist supports various payment gateway provided by banks and third party.
